The Head of the Institutions in turn will submit the Forms/Hard Copy after Verification to the concerned DOMA/Minority office through B.D.O. The whole process should be completed within 31st July, 2015.

Q.No. 2. How can I apply online for scholarship?
Answer : The Pre-Matric, Post Matric and Merit cum Means based Scholarship Schemes are online Schemes. In order to apply online please visit the website through URL scholarships.gov.in link to the site is also provided in the website of the Ministry of Minority Affairs, i.e. minorityaffairs.gov.in.
Q.No.3. What documents are needed to be uploaded on Portal while applying for scholarship?
Answer : a. Documents which are required to be uploaded are given below:
i. Student Photo. (Mandatory)
ii. Institution Verification Form. (Mandatory)
iii. Income Certificate: Income Certificate issued by the Competent Authority in the State/UT Government is required (Mandatory).
iv. Declaration of the Student. (Mandatory)
v. Religion Certificate: Self Declaration/Certification or Self Attested Community Certificate – (Mandatory).
(a) In case of Fresh: Self-Attested Certificate of ‘Previous Qualifying Exam /BoardMarksheet’ as filled in the Form. (Mandatory).
(b) In case of Renewal: Self-Attested Certificate of Previous Year /Last exam passed Marksheet (for same/ongoing course) as filled in the Form. (Mandatory)
vii. Fee Receipt of ‘Current Course Year’. (Mandatory)
viii. Proof of Bank Account in the name of Student. (Mandatory).
ix. Aadhaar Card (Optional. However,please read Instructions on Aadhaar below at Q. No. 7).
x. Residential/Domicile Certificate (Mandatory).

Enter registration Id and date of birth
Modify the details and submit

Moma Scholarship has the main aim of providing financial help to the brilliant students of minority communities so that they can pursue higher and professional qualification. It is an initiative of Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India to provide assistance to minority community students with financial aids. Earlier there was online one type of scholarship offered, but now two types of scholarships are offered:
- Merit cum means based scholarship
- Post-Matric scholarship
