Moreover, on the basis of an RTI sought by one such allottee in November last year, it was known that for about 1,250 plots in Sector 57 the possession has already been given to the allottees out of which 532 plots are of 10 marla size each.
However, the RTI mentioned that delay in not offering possession to the applicant was because of the non-receipt of development works report from the concerned engineering wing of HUDA and the possession would be given after receiving the complete development works report from the concerned executive engineer.

Can I ask Huda to revoke possession as now I am paying interest on due amount to Huda?
Locality is in very bad shape that I am not able to sell this plot even at 2/3rd price of similar plot in other average locality in same sector.

If it true then we all plot owners have to unite and will fight for this 2nd installment. Only this sector got 1st installment too much high as compared to other Gurgaon sectors. Now again it is expected 2nd one is higher than 1st.

In response to HUDA’s notice to pay more to compensate farmers, plot buyers in Sector 57 will move the high court once again.
In the notice, which is yet to be sent, the allottees have been asked to pay Rs 5,673 per square yard to compensate landowners in Wazirabad village and others, from whom the plots were acquired.
