Ever since HUDA- Haryana Urban Development Authority was formed under the Haryana Urban Development Authority Act 1977, it has consistently carried out Group housing Schemes, HUDA Allotment of Plots based on HUDA Auction or HUDA Plots Draw Results.
Scheme Name:HUDA Bahadurgarh Freehold Residential Plots Scheme 2016 at Sector-10
The plots can be looked at from end use and long term investment purpose.
“It is a double whammy for those who have bought plots at the market rates from the initial plot holders in Sector 2 developed by HUDA around 15 years ago. More than 80 per cent allottees have sold their plots at market rates hence the enhancement dues should not be recovered from us,” said Gulab Malik, Secretary, RWA.
Meanwhile, Vikas Dhanda, Estate Officer (HUDA) at Bahadurgarh, said the notices were being issued as per norms and those who fail to deposit the dues would be liable to face action.

NON REFUND OF REGISTRATION MONEY
Non refund of application money from Estate Officer,Bahadurgarh,HUDA,HARYANA.
I have sent many E-mails to the Estate Officer, Bahadurgarh in the past as well as to the Chief Administrator, HUDA for the refund of my application money, but nothing has been done so far.
I have tried to call on telephone to Estate Officer, Bahadurgarh but it is always engaged and available only after office hours.I had applied for 8 Marla residential plot in Sector -11 in Bahadurgarh, Huda, Haryana.
The draw was held for residential plots for
Sector-11, Bahadurgarh, but they have not bothered to refund my application money so far.Kindly arrange to get me the refund along with the interest as soon as possible.
