HSTES được thành lập bởi chính phủ với mục tiêu là cơ quan quản lý, thực hiện công việc tuyển sinh cho các khóa học kỹ thuật được AICTE phê duyệt và tài trợ cho ngành Sư phạm Kỹ thuật trong bang.
Một trong những mục tiêu đáng khen của hội là đem đến học bổng cho những sinh viên theo học chương trình văn bằng/bằng cấp/thạc sĩ và tiến sĩ trong các khóa học tại bang Haryana để thu hút thêm nhân tài trong ngành sư phạm kỹ thuật để tham gia các chương trình nghiên cứu và giảng dạy cùng các kỹ sư kỹ thuật và tiến sĩ
Hiệp hội Giáo dục Kỹ thuật Nhà nước Haryana, một bộ phận của giáo dục kỹ thuật, đã được thành lập để thực hiện các chính sách minh bạch và thống nhất để được nhận vào các học viện Văn bằng & Bằng cấp khác nhau và hoàn thành các quy trình nhập học theo thời gian ràng buộc.

LEET 2020 is an online, objective-MCQ type examination. The paper is split into 4 sections, posing questions to test technical knowledge and basic sciences.

  • B.Sc. Degree from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate score of 45% (42.75 % marks for SC candidates) and studied Mathematics as a compulsory subject in the 10+2 level, provided that these candidates should clear Engineering graphics or Engineering Drawing subjects of Engineering 1st year simultaneously along with the 2nd year subjects.
  • Should be pass in BCA Degree of minimum three years duration from recognized University Obtained at least 50% (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying examination.

Haryana Government has constituted Haryana State Technical Education Society–HSTES (formerly known as Haryana State Counseling Society-HSCS) in the Department of Technical Education for implementation of transparent and uniform procedure for admissions to various post-graduate, graduate and diploma courses in different disciplines of Engineering, Technology, Architecture & Planning, Pharmacy, Management etc. in the State. The admissions to Diploma (Engg.) and Diploma (Pharmacy) course are made on the basis of inter-se-merit of the qualifying examination.

Diploma in Engineering: The candidate has to clear the 10th standard exam from a recognized educational Board while scoring 35% minimum aggregate marks. Also, they should pass in Mathematics and Science subjects.
