The Department of Skill Development and Industrial Training, Haryana is imparting skill based training to the unemployed youth of state through the network of 166 Govt. Industrial Training Institutes (133 (Co-Ed.) GITIs and 33 GITIs for Women) and 242 Private ITIs under Craftsman Training Scheme. Engineering and Non- Engineering trade courses of one and two years duration are being run in these institutes. During current academic year 2018-19, 60544 sanctioned seats in 3540 trade units have been released for admission in GITIs and 38604 sanctioned seats in 2274 trade units have been released for admission in private ITIs. 72293 candidates admitted to Govt. & Pvt. ITIs in the session 2017-18. Admissions for session 2018-19 are in process.

ITI Haryana Online Application Form 2020 – Skill Development & Industrial Training Department, Haryana will release the Notification for admission in ITIs in Haryana under Craftsman Training Scheme. Interested candidates are advised to Carefully cross check eligibility criteria before filling up the Registration form. The application form will be available in the offline mode only. Haryana ITI NCVT & SCVT Result 2019-2020: Skill Development & Industrial Training Department Government of Haryana is all set to announce the ITI 1st 2nd 3rd 4th Sem Result online at www.itiharyana.gov.in. The Examination authority is going to release the Haryana NCVT & SCVI ITI Exam Result in upcoming days. Students who have applied ITI exam in various trades can check their HR SCVT Exam Result with the help of name and exam roll number wise.

Along with tuition fees, students need to pay other fees as well. These comprise of contribution towards student fund, building fund, fee for ID card and security money. Moreover, the fee structure varies for government and private ITIs. This is as per the last year information.

During the year 1966, the Government of Haryana constituted the state’s Skill Development and Industrial Training Department for managing the administrative affairs of the vocational training hubs. They are over 130 trade programs to choose from, with the inclusion of both engineering and non-engineering ones. The aspirants can enroll in the government-managed Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) or the privately-owned Industrial Training Centers (ITCs) to pursue careers in the chosen trades.
At the national level and state level, the National Council of Vocational Training (NCVT) and State Council of Vocational Training (SCVT) respectively, are responsible for conducting the varied trade programs. The NCVT lays down the guidelines; and the SCVT implements the same.
