On the Fourth of July in 1998, Eddie Vedder led the Chicago Cubs and a stadium full of fans in a rendition of “Take Me Out to the Ball Game.” Much to the surprise of the audience, the heavily intoxicated Pearl Jam frontman changed the lyrics to the beloved baseball anthem from “Buy me some peanuts and Cracker Jacks” to “Buy me some penis and crack” – obviously the last two things Vedder needed.
