David Gray: Live At The Village (LiveBuzz Session)

David Gray released his first studio album in 1993, and broke through to the mainstream and multi-platinum success with White Ladder in 2000. The last decade has seen him move from his roots as a folk-rock singer-songwriter to embrace studio technology, and — not coincidentally — toward the creation of a bigger sound both in the studio and in live performances.

But recently, he has returned to a simpler recording process, and his latest album Foundling is a double LP, with 11 new songs and a second, bonus CD of eight previously unreleased tracks. Here in our exlusive LiveBuzz session, David strips things down to the bare essentials, a guitar, a Steinway piano and his voice.
